Who is Mykaylah?

IMG_5553_edited.jpg

If you are reading this, you are already apart of the movement. My name is Mykaylah, I am a mother, poet, disciple of Christ, and a mental health advocate. I've struggled with depression and suicidal ideation for years, and I am now taking a stand to help bring awareness to mental health worldwide. By supporting this movement, you are giving hope to the hopeless. You might not have been suicidal, but maybe you have been broken, abused, neglected, rejected, bullied, used, or at an all-time low in your life. Let's stand together and bring awareness and positivity to our communities. You are not in this alone.

WE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH.
